Avshalom Caspi and Clarissa Farran Graves will be playing on Saturday 12th October
Avshalom Caspi and Clarissa Farran Graves are composers and producers based in London and Berlin. Both trained at the Royal College of Music in London and composing mainly for orchestral ensembles, voices and electronics.
Avshalom’s music has been featured in over 40 film, TV and theatre projects and is winner of Best Score at the Shanghai International Film Festival 2012 and Goya Nominee 2012.
His credits include De Tu Ventana a la Mia / Chrysalis (composer), The Secret Diaries of Anne Lister (composer), Academy Award winner Talk to Her by Pedro Almodóvar (music co-producer) as well as some major theatre works such as Hamlet, Macbeth and Equus with Ian Brown at the renowned West Yorkshire Playhouse. Avshalom has also collaborated with bands such as Snow Patrol, Doves and Bloc Party on orchestral & choral arrangements for both recording and live projects.
Clarissa has worked as a music producer, orchestrator, arranger and conductor on many albums and film projects. She collaborated with Alberto Iglesias, Zbigniew Preisner, Jocelyn Pook, Avshalom Caspi, David Gilmour, National Spanish Jazz Orchestra and many more. She composes music for the Classical stage and is now scoring her first feature film.
